Is there a mod for turning all external mails into internal ones?

I would like all emails my system send to:

1. Either both be send to the users external email address AND the dolphin inbox

2. Or only to the Dolphin inbox

Is there a way to force this? Or does it only depend on the developer of the mods?

Usually it depends on the module's developer. Also you cannot do it for default Dolphins features and modules  without making a custom modification(s) in the code.

Do you know where in the code or db i could look to try to hack this myself?

Maybe i can manage to do it for at least some of the functions.
