Issue adding "NEW_ITEM" to "NEW BLOCK"

Hello,

I am trying to modify the available fields on the join page for my site.  Using the "fields builder" I have been able to create new fields and add them to existing "blocks" or headers.  I can create new "blocks", but if I try to drag any fields or items (whether "NEW_ITEM" or one that's already created), it doesn't place under the block, and just snaps back to where it was before.  Howe can I add items under a new block?

I had that same problem but I refused to give up.

I successfully added several NEW_BLOCKs to my profiles, but I had to fiddle with it BIG-TIME!

Nothing seems to work consistently.  Some of the things I did were:

a) Refresh the page

b) S-L-O-W-L-Y drag a field from an adjacent header-block under the new one.

c) slide an item-block up from the inactive blocks

d) slide an item up to the new block and jiggle it back and forth rapidly.

Admitedly, this is a dirty fix, but it allowed me to get all of my new blocks and items in place.
