Hi i had to do a fresh reinstall of dolphin after my server had a database crash and i lost my database to my sute, i currently having issues with my video player where it takes forever to load a 30 second video then it plays, then stops at 5 secs then plays again after a few minutes and that keeps repeating every 5 seconds, I know it is not my internet as youtube videos which are like 20 minutes long load fine (Plus there are like 100s of MB in size and my video is 20MB) and i also know it is not a server issue as other clients on my server have things like clip bukkit installed and there have twice the size videos and there load fine.
