Javascript is not loading

Hello, I've got a javascript issue. This is a screenshot of my _header.html. It appears in the source code of the page and I can access it through the browser but it doesn't run. I've put a simple write function to try if it is going to appear on my page but it didn't. I'm using an animated registration form where the javascript controls the animation.

Any ideas?

It could be a conflict with another js on the page.  These are not always easy to track down.  If you want to PM me your site, I could take a look-see.
