Join Form 'Nickname'

I have changed 'NickName on the join form to 'Full Name', when a new user joins he is sent a confirmation email which returns him to the site where he can login. This login still says 'NickName', how can I change this to 'Full Name'? Same for 'member login'

I edited the lang files, and now I cannot login. It says there is a profile error...?
