Join Not Working with Internet Explorer

I configured Join By Country to restrain joiners from Aland Islands. I noticed that people were still joining from that country so I decided to test my Join form. I was amazed to discover that I could not join my site. I have checked all that I could check and searched this forum, but couldn’t come up with any solution. The sad thing is that I do not know how long it has been like that.

I then started wondering how Chinese people were able to join and discovered that my join form works well with Firefox but not Internet Explorer. Now, I am not worried about the problem about banned counties joining, but want the join form to work. Any help will be appreciated.

As for the error that appears beside the sign up button, it says, “Form contains error, please review error and try again. All my form fields have individual error message, but none of them showed any error because there was NONE!. In fact I used the same information to register using Firefox. Please help

Have you ensured that your join form contains all required profile fields?  I've seen this happen to me when previous versions didn't care if a field was required, when it wasn't on the form.  But if you have a "Mandatory" (a.k.a. required) field, that isn't on the join form, it Might be causing this.

Thanks for responding. Have checked all the field in the inactve list and made sure there's none that is mandatory. I am still not having any success
