Join Page Photo make primary avatar

On the Join page when new members upload their picture, we need to figure out how to make that picture as your primary avatar, and don't prompt  new member to crop their image that they uploaded. My new member sign up's are skipping the "crop your new avatar" or are missing the "Add Avatar" button at the bottom. Any suggestions?

I setup autosubmit on the crop button..it has a html file woot  then on register you can insert values into the avatar table...study it and you will find its pretty easy.

I'm facing the same problem with my site & some members have even told me its quite confusing & they keep re-uploading photos.

I hope someone can give a solution on how to also make uploaded images during the registering as the default avatar photo
