Join button does not work...

This is a fresh Dolphin 7 install.

Even when the join form is properly filled out, the join button does not work.

One of the captions reads : _FieldCaption_Interests_Join

You should provide the URL of your site to let us see where the problem is.

Do you have the "profiler" module installed?  If so, uninstall it and see if that fixes it.  It caused some problems for the join form on my site and a few others here.   The other issue is just a language key that has not been defined.

The site is on a local server.

There was a field label that did not show the proper text. I assume that's a language key that is not properly defined.

I still don't really understand this language key system.

Hello, I еxpect that you not not finish installation correctly. Did your remove install directory before installation was done ?

Install directory was removed after dolphin was installed.

I just installed and reinstalled the membership module. Recompiled the language. Cleared cache.

Looked in the tables and queries were executed correctly as far I can see.

Can change settings at top of form ok.

But

Cannot add or modify memberships. Results are not saved to database, I checked.

Can't enable or select existing memberships.

And

Login form does not work. When properly filled in with captcha - browser status says "waiting"

Just wanted to mention that I have the same problem... installed on local machine, and "Join now" button does not react in any way... browser just does nothing. Tested with Firefox and IE8.

Basically, the system is still "out of the box", was my first attempt to do anything :-)

I have discovered that the description text box does not validate properly and that seems to stop the script.

In my case I removed the description box from the form and that solved the problem. It does not validate properly in other places too, i.e. it shows an error - "your text is shorter than 20 characters" even though it is and prevents the information from being saved. I am removing this box using the form builder and dealing with it later

Possibly this is another file that did not upload properly.

Oh dear... sounds like beta version. I think I'll rather give it a miss for now.
