Join tab error

Hi Sir,

My site is http://1circle.org

Join page opens, after filling it when submitted page remain dumb. Nothing happens.

Before it was working well, and I have not made any changes. Earlier it was marking the wrong or incomplete fields with red, but now it keeps silent if any mandatory filed is not filled.

I will be thankful for your kind attention and help.

This is what I see when I submit the form:

Make sure those files and directories exist.

Thanks Nathan, it worked. Main problem was that error which you saw, was not showing to me.
