Joined Groups/Events Question

When you click "Groups" under username, you only see "Member's Groups" but you don't see "Member's Joined Groups" block. :( Is it possible to add a Member's Joined Group block under the Member's Group on the same page?  Same for Events.  The reason is i want to remove the Groups, Events, Joined Groups, and Joined Events blocks from their profiles because its just too messy to have everything on one page.  Can this be done?

I think they should add this to 7.0.3. if not, you know any trick for this?  any help would be appreciated.
