Just installed - Where is admin settings

Hi all, I know this sounds stupid but I just installed this and I don't see anywhere to configure settins or anything. Can someone help out here? Also is there a manual to refer to as well?

log into your admin by going to site.com/administration, also if you are logged into your site as admin look at your floating member bar, you should see a gold crown on it which will take you to administration area.

Someone could make a lot of money if they took the time to create a user manual for D7 (hint hint)

Thanks for the responses. I did find the admin pannel shortly after I posted. Had to scroll down to find it.

For sure on that users manual. Wish I had the time and the knowledge. Maybe after I have worked with this for a while
