I am urgently calling on everyone who knows Chap1978 to contact me as he broke communication with me after paying him $150 for a template design. My site is uncompleted, still waiting for completion and have been calling and calling with no reply. Why do such a person full of talent, just vanish without feeling for others?

Since I've been a member here I've seen two members pass away...big debates here on this problem to me.

When shopping or posting for jobs, be very careful who you give monies to. Personally I only pay after the work is completed.

Is it possible your looking for this?
