Keeping members interest

I started this topic to hopefully give others ideas about what each of us are doing on our sites to keep members interested. I know there are numerous games and such that can be added on to dolphin...any other ideas?

video chat, and promote, promote, promote!!

oh and i bought the drinks mod to yesterday

I have video chat enabled too on mine. Looking for something unique other than the default mods that come with dolphin.
