Kudos to Tim @ Gorpus and Jerome @ Modzzz and Anton

Just wanted to take a minute and say a big thanks to Gorpus and Modzzz. They have both been instrumental in helping me get my site up and running.

Tim (Gorpus) who I just contacted only a few days ago,  and despite being very busy he got to work right away on my splash and template after he understood the situation I was in. He was most accommodating and thoughtful, and did everything to get it done right. He chatted with me for a hours as we discussed various ideas and went over all the options and variations.  He was incredibly patient and figured out what it was I was looking for and he obliged just like a professional would.'

Bottom line is if you need a design or revamping your site then he is your man. You will find him incredibly talented and creative and most of all he listen to what YOU want. He will adjust and check the very minutest details to make it all just right for you.

So call on him for your next project. Another great thing happened by dealing with Tim; I made a friend, he is not an associate but a good friend. Because he actually cares.

Jerome was the second person who helped with his super mods. Answering questions late at night and explaining and correcting any issues with great patience. He was always there when I needed him. Although he was extremely busy, he fins the time to help solve all my  issues and my crazy questions and requests.

Lastly but not least, Anton was and is constantly there guiding and responding to each and every question, no matter how insignificant they may seem. To him also I say a big thanks. his advise goes a long way to me making my decisions..

I too would like to take this moment, to concur with presscon. Jerome, modzzz is one of the long standing developers for dolphin, and has always been there to support his work, and even when others had broken his work he would jump in both feet, and get the modules working. Jerome (modzzz) is notably a great developer and brings much to the community in the way of his custom modules.

Tim Shim, (Gorpus) Gorpus has been around since the beginning of time with Dolphin, and by far has the greatest understanding of the template engine. where there are other templates released, Tim, provides true customizations of your dolphin site, you show him a rendering, and he can make that design happen. and happen correctly. he has always been there for me to answer any design element question that i have every asked him. One other Kudo that i would like to kick to this list is dolphin_jay

Jay provides a great deal of support and beta testing on dolphin and has since somewhere around version 6.1.2 i beleive. Jay is not a programmer, and will never claim to be one, but a technical support answer he is, when there are times that you are not looking to create anything custom, but get something to work, jay is that fill in between the programmer and the end-user, where he can in most all cases, fix the situation that is presented to him, and if not able to fix the problem himself, dolphin_jay does have a great rapport with most of the developers on dolphin, and can most times if need be orchestrate the repair of modules when the problem is explained to the developer, and the developer is then able to replicate the issue.

and a quick indeed sir, to Nathan, the moderator who just like the energizer bunny, keeps on moderating.

and thanks to andrew boone and his staff for providing this wonderful foundation that we all bitch about daily, but continue to use.

Thanks :) It's a motivating factor when you realize how much people appreciate the work you do. I have been with Dolphin for a while and have no recent plans on exiting.

Its really true what I read here as far as I know the support I got from Anton and especially Jerome. Most of my mods are Modzzz and I'm happy :-)

DosDawg is correct and I certainly agree about dolphin_jay and the BoonEx-Clan :-) hehe
