Ok guys - throwing this out to you.
Just dropped a new install of 7.0.1 and installed the orca forums. When testing them in both UNI and one of Deano's themes - I still get the
"
[L[Compile Lang:]]en" titles instead of what should appear post compilation.
The forums appear to work perfectly fine - aside from this glitch. Realizing this is possibly a rookie thing - I will now await the inevitable stones headed my way. 
In my defense - deano was helping me with part of this - so I may be safe from some of the flak
