Whereabouts on 7.8 do I find the facility to alter language strings? For example, if the default string says something like, 'Contact your local Ford dealer' and I want it to read 'Please pay me some money, you tightwad..." where should I look so's I can change the language string?

Administration -> Settings -> Language Settings
