Leaders block not updating

I installed a fresh Dolphin 6.1.4 and have the site running, however I've noticed the "Leaders" block isn't updating.

Instead it says No rated profiles this month, No rated profiles this week and No rated profiles today.

Have I missed a setting that makes this update as there are definately rated profiles on the site.

no - it means just that your users don't have enough votes to be a leader.

For example leader of day - is a person who have 3 or more votes this day. And so on.
