 This just in from>>>

I am fully aware that the license is valid as I was able to check it via your Client Area at Boonex.com. Also, I have re-installed the application from the latest available installation package directly downloaded from the Boonex website and now you can use the following details to log-in:

However, despite of the fact that the installation was correctly completed and your license key is valid, I am still not able to validate the license and register it on my end, the license page is simply refreshing and in your Boonex Client Area the domain is still shown as unknown.

May I kindly ask you to address the case further with the Boonex support, so they can check it on their end? Once this is completed if there are any actions required on our end, let me know and we will gladly assist you further.

I will be looking forward to your reply.

Assuming the license is valid (not one of those old free licenses) and is reset and doesn't have a domain attached...

Can you check under the Admin Panel => Tools => Host Tools for any fail or error notices? Most often this is because allow_url_fopen is disabled in PHP, so Dolphin can't communicate with the license server.

1. I bought and paid for the license in 2010, it was valid and working up to just over a year ago on another domain. I reset the license yesterday. Then tried to install it in the new admin. TMDHosting Also re-installed it and can't get it working. They say the license seems active but not responding. I just tried agin hours later, nothing.

AHA!  YOU are right,

  • allow_url_fopen = Off - FAIL (must be = On)
  • so why TMD hosting didnt find this? Some experts they are as they claim!

 How do i turn on??

Please reply to your ticket at TMD and ask them to turn it on. I don't know why it's off or how they missed that...

Further in 'Tools' this is what its saying:

key_buffer_size = 1073741824 - OK

query_cache_limit = 1048576 - OK

query_cache_size = 0 - FAIL (must be >= 16777216)

query_cache_type = ON - OK

max_heap_table_size = 16777216 - OK

tmp_table_size = 16777216 - OK

thread_cache_size = 0 - FAIL (must be > 0)

deflate_module Apache module - FAIL (You will need to install deflate_module for Apache)

I thought this tmd hosting was top of line? Crappy 10 hours later nothing solved from them!

Gonna get a refund and go with a new host if not solved within hour.

Re: MySQL configuration: Those are optional and not directly needed for Dolphin to work. We set them, but it won't break Dolphin to not have them set. It's more of a performance recommendation.

Re: mod_deflate: TMD runs PHP under FastCGI, so PHP can't query Apache for its loaded modules. So in this case, it'll show as failed, the same as mod_rewrite (or unknown). mod_rewrite is definitely loaded, and mod_deflate should be also. TMD support can confirm the status of both.
