Limit events on main page to 4 or 8?

ok, I have people now posting events on the site, and as such now have the Public Events block on my main page.  So, I have 2 questions...

1. Is there a way to limit the events to ONLY featured events?

2. How could I limit the number of events displayed in the main page events block?

I believe the answer is yes to both.

Open Admin>Modules>Events>Settings.  From there you can mess with the different number of events to show.  Also on that screen you will see a dropdown for Main Page Tab and make it Featured and see if that does what you want it to do.

1. Find in evens settings section this option "Main upcoming event from featured events only".

2. All numbers of showing events in different pages can be found in events settings too (admin panel->modules->events->settings).

I limited the events to Featured events, that worked perfectly.  When I tried to limit the number to display on the homepage though, I get 500 Internal Service errors.  Tried changing it to 4 and 8 (it was at 5 by default), and whatever number I changed it to causes an Internal Service Error.  Ugh...

Well, newbreed. First suggestion - try to disable permalinks in ur site and repeat operation - may be something wrong with redirects - it's hard to say at once what can be wrong there.
