I want install dolphin on localhost, but I dont have the permissions (all is non-writable), how can I change the permissions being on localhost?

if you have a GUI then then right click and then proparties or some thing like that .. and you will fined the file permissions or you can use chmod file_premissions file_name so it will look like this chmod 777 dolphin
