Locked Out of Admin

I was adding test accounts today and when I went to log in, it appear to have blocked me.  I can't log into the Admin section or any of the User profiles.  Is this a security measure?  Has anyone encountered this before?

I don't mean to offend you, but make sure you are logging in to www.mysite.com/admin, and not your root with the admin account.  I'm only mentioning the possibility because it is a mistake I have made a few times and also thought I was locked out.  I can't see any other reason why entering test accounts would cause you to be locked out.

Unfortunately, I had copy/pasted some text in my language file.  When it saved, it was converted to a strange font I've not seen before.  This was also in the LocalizationStrings file (I put it in there), so the localization file overwrote the lang-en file when I corrected it, after making changes in the admin section - changes in the builder section enables the local/strings table to update,overwriting the lang-en file.
