Login button on header results in a whitepage

Ok I didn't want to have to post this but I can't find very many recent articles on this topic and the articles I have found, are either unanswered or very vague.  

What's going on is, whenever I try to login to my site socialeaf.com the 'join' text link button at the top of the homepage doesn't work the first time. The second time I press the 'join' button, the entire screen turns an opaque white.

I really didn't care about this problem before, but now, I want to do away with the login block since I now have the janrain social login installed. 

Here's what the error says...

Give me 5 lines before and 5 lines after line 278  and the same for line 146 and I will see what I can do.

I know if means you are missing a parameter when calling templateItemHeader() I just need to see what is missing.

Here's two attachments of each line of code as you had asked.
