Looking for "Membership Directory" Module

Can anyone recommend some sort of Membership Directory Listing Module where my members can Add their information so its easy for other members to search. Ill be using it for other people in my same line of work who work at various high schools. It would be nice if people could search by their names or by the high school they work for. 

Looking for options and to see what is out there that people have used or have heard about.
