Looking for someone smart

I am looking for someone that knows how to add a new seperate menu to my Dolphin right above the nav. menu. I want it to look something like this...

Would be AWESOME if it can be done with not to much work! Any ideas out there?

This can be accomplished by creating the menu is a php file and just including it into the header or menu page.  If you are simply providing a better solution for sorting for your members, you should be able to just use links that are already created.  Good luck.

Hey thanks! This is going to be a business directory for business's in my town. My goal is to have is visable at all times for advertising purposes. This product rocks! Once everything is setup the way I want it, will for sure be purchasing it!!!
