Loosing Licence codes?

Hi,

I'm experiencing problems after a while, that in "Flash Modules" in admin section it sometimes claims, that applications are not registered, even if they were in the past. I re-enter the licence-codes and "voila", everything ok.

Is it due to the fact, that boonex-webpage was down for 2-3 days now? Does it check "live" with boonex webpage, if licence code is ok?

Remove your license key, log out, log back in through the administration panel and enter the license key again.

Mine is doing the same thing. It has lost the registration 3 times.....only this time it will not take the key and the radio feature shows up as unregistered on the site. When you try to put in the key....it says it is "undefined"

I am having the same problem. No matter what I do it is always "undefined".  Any solutions?

I have no idea how he fixed it.....but....news flash...it only worked for about an hour and it lost it again! Back to square one! I sent him another message! Sorry....I'm still waiting too.....I will pass any info on...if I have any.

This is another crazy thing that is happening....it won't let me post anything here unless I have an item in my cart from the market! Strange things are happening!

Mine took the licence number for about an hour then kicked it back days ago now it won't take the string........WHAT TO DO>>>>>>>.

I thought 7.2 was to come out today to fix this stuff?  No on that huh?

My account page is all funky with all kind of things all over the place.  Can they just disable the call forward and call back until it works again or atleast post something about when and how?  Bueller?  Bueller?

Here is the message I got from Rayz.....

Boonex.com server is being protected by firewall now and it eventually doesn't allow some connections to pass through. That's why flash apps registration is working with problems from time to time. Please unzip http://rayzzz.com/admin.zip to "flash/modules/global/app/" directory replacing the old file, clean your browser's cache and temporary internet files and test Flash aps admin again. It shouldn't reset licenses anymore even if the connection will be lost. Try it and let me know about the result.

Let's try it and see if it works!!!!!

It's still trying to get registered. I guess it has to do that for at least once.

Isn't theteapartyvoice.com your site? I don't think yours work either.

"Comments Video Player" and "Photo Shooter" are still "not registered".

Weren't you trying to install Radio 3.0 and Videolization 1.1?

Don't ask me how I know. I just do.

Yes, that is my site. When Rayz went in to fix it....it did work....but lost the keys again in about an hour....then we tried the next fix and got an error again. I have radio, and videolization installed and it was working until boonex started having problems. The only problem I was having with the radio before is.....it's much harder to find talk radio stations with the direct link to add the radio. We finally added some stations....but, now we have none! I know he is trying very hard.....but, like everyone else....I am ready for this to be solved.Smile
