Lost language file

Hi All,

I'm modifying my site, but I can't find a language file. Specifically 'friends, faves, contacted' on the user dashboard in the mailbox section. I've looked, looked and looked again, but it just doesn't seem to be there. Searches all seem to come back negative. Can anybody spare a moment to direct me to the actual file I can locate it in, so I can try and change it manually.

Many thanks

From a simple man with simple needs

Jay

Hi Jay,

Which Dolphin version are you using at the moment?

If you're using 6, then it's in your SQL Database. Although you can change all keys inside Admin panel.

If you're using 7, then the file is inside folder "langs" on the root of your website.

If this is not the help you needed, sorry! :(

Best regards,

Pedro Lima

Hi,

Thanks so much for replying.

I'm using Dolphin 7.0.3. I've just gone through the langs folder as you suggested, but I still can't find it. Again all searches for the text come back with nothing.

It's really confusing me (not difficult) as it must be coming from some where.

I'm almost in a pencil snapping mood, it's that annoying. I know, I know. :o/

I have this same problem - using the latest stable version of Dolphin.

I just want to remove one of the words so that it doesn't overflow out of the "Contacts" box...

Edit:

I fixed it (thanks to a related post here).
