Lost password email

for the lost password retrieval it sends the users "ID number" in the email, & not the users "userName". Is this normal...or did i mess something up when setting up the script?

And does anyone know how to get it to send the users name instead of their ID #??

That's normal.. the user can login using the user number instead of their screen name. If it really bothers you and you still want to change it go to "email templates" under "advanced settings". Find the email template for the lost password email and change this:

<p>Your member ID: <span style="color:#FF6633"><recipientID></span></p>

to this:

<p>Your User Name: <span style="color:#FF6633"><NickName></span></p>
