MEMBERSHIP SETTINGS IN ADMIN PANEL

Hello!

I've some problesms setting the membership level in admin panel. In admin panel -> user, I klick the user ID for changing the membership from promotion to VIP-Member. The changings are succsessfully. The user see the new membership and the system is working correct.

BUT: I admin panel USER LISTING it's allways the old membership shown "Promotion" ???

When I click on users ID, the membership is also shown correct.

HOW CAN I FIX THIS ???

your upgrading members manually and nothing inserts into Profilememlevels for that user .....jot down member ID 23? 12?

phpmyadmin into DB and Profilememlevels

look for the ID

insert correct data and he will show right.

Its hard to explain, but you have to let the system work. Its not a bug, its just not being used the way it was intended to run.

For clarity, the DB field Profilememlevels is key for membership levels to work properly.

however, standard and promotion do not go into it. they are saved in and called from MemLevels

therefore if you manually upgrade a member with your current setup you must do this.

Hi, MrPowless!

Thank you for this answer. You're a real profi. I've learned a lot of your instruction-videos. Thanks.

AND I have also found a second solution for manuel membership settings:

1. Set the membership allways first back to "Standard" and SAVE!

2. Now, set the new membership-level and SAVE!

ALL WILL BE SHOWN CORRECT NOW!!!
