Mail box full - cannot receive mail!!

Admin sent mass mail. Message came back in email. Mailbox disk quota full. Trash never empties unless both sender and receiver empties the same message. I cannot empty the trash folder in the database as trash for one member is kept message for another. This is a nightmare now I can't even send a message to a member as the box is full. How do I deal with this in this instance . What do I do so she can receive mail and all the other members that are complaining to me about there trash not emptying. I sure hope this is fixed in next update, but I know it won't be since the entire mail system has to be redone. :( I found out the hard way if I delete trash that it deleted a members emails she wanted to keep so had to restore the trash.

well i would wonder where this quota is set at? because this seems to me to be coming from your hosting account and not the script. what is your settings on the mailbox in your control panel.

i agree there is a problem with not being able to remove the messages, but this one does not look as though its coming from the script, because i dont dont know where there is a "quota" set for the number of messages one can receive on the site?

also, after further review on this, it would appear that the inbox for blah may be full. the mail was bounced back to you, because it was undeliverable to the recipients box. not real sure again that this is a script issue.
