Admin sent mass mail. Message came back in email. Mailbox disk quota full. Trash never empties unless both sender and receiver empties the same message. I cannot empty the trash folder in the database as trash for one member is kept message for another. This is a nightmare now I can't even send a message to a member as the box is full. How do I deal with this in this instance . What do I do so she can receive mail and all the other members that are complaining to me about there trash not emptying. I sure hope this is fixed in next update, but I know it won't be since the entire mail system has to be redone. :( I found out the hard way if I delete trash that it deleted a members emails she wanted to keep so had to restore the trash.
