Manage Membership Actions !!??

hello can some please explain how exactly  you use the Membership actions

for example allowing a member upload 2 photos every 24 hrs ???

Can someone explain what I should put where in the fields:-

Number of allowed actions:
Number of actions is reset every:
This action is available since:
This action is available until:

number of allowed actions --> 2

number of actions is reset every --> 24

this action is available since --> set the date when this privilege starts

this action available until --> set the date when this privilege will cease

lol Yeah............its just that Ive read several different things within forums !!

some people saying put:-    -24

I was hoping to confirm/make sure!    Thanks man
