Manage Membership Levels Actions

Is there a way to edit the Membership Levels Actions (Times Allowed, Period, Allowed Since, Allowed Until) from the admin panel or is going to the database table "sys_acl_matrix" the only way?

Administration -> Settings -> Membership Levels

Select Actions next to the membership level you want to edit.  You can control permission availability by clicking on the permission.
