Manage Membership Levels in 7.0.7

So what's happened to 'Manage Membership Levels' in 7.0.7 under Settings -> Manage Membership Levels?

There used to be 4 defined groups with specific actions that you could check/uncheck. Am I missing something very obvious? Standard members don't seem to be able to add blogs at the moment and are met with 'ERROR OCCURRED' which doesn't really help anyone:

Yet now all is shown is:

System Levels
Actions

Custom Levels
Actions Pricing Edit 

And those custom levels all return to memb_levels.php

Nothing happened to it, it's something on your end. The default dolphin installation has only 3 memberships
Non-member
Standard
Promotion

Yep we used to have those and added a Moderator level. However, after the 7.0.7 upgrade we are left with just the title 'Actions' which does nothing. Any ideas?

I am having the same issue. I have upgraded from 7.0.5 to 7.0.6 to 7.0.7 and now I find my Membership Levels in the Admin panel are totally inaccessible.

If I click on ACTIONS under System Levels, you get a brief refresh of the screen and are returned to memb_levels.php and no details of any levels. Additionally, you used to see each of the levels listed, and nothing is showing.

This is a major flaw in the 7.0.7.

I have done this and replicated the issue on 2 different domains, and get the same result.

There is a bug in the upgrade process in the 7.0.7 patch. I took the full version ADMINISTRATION folder and uploaded it, then cleared the caches again, and the menu items show properly.

Did that but no change, my custom ones are showing but Standard membership is gone, only showing Non-Member and Promotion.

But in PHPmyAdmin Standard membership is showing under sys_acl_levels

Any idea please?
