Map in ad home as well as Countries search

Hello it's me again , how is everyone ?

My silly question for today , if you all don't mind is how to make the Map in ads home only Pointing in one Region or One area ( like my city for example ) instead of showing the whole world .

Also how to get rid of the country field in ad home .

Go to

Admin panel > Modules > click on "Ads" 

in "HOME MAP SETTINGS: ADS" block move the map the desired position and set map zoom then click "Save Current Location"

One last question is when i click for example :

There is no easy way to remove or modify it, custom modification is required for this. 

Okay , i need to know what's the hard way to remove it please ?If it's a custom modification in one of the file in the php , please provide me with that custom code and the file that i need to modify and will do it through cpanel .
