Mass Mailer - No Preview & No Body Sent

When I create a message, I can't preview it.

When I send it, the messages are sent w/ the Subject line only - there's no text

I am running D 7.0.5 with IBDW's mods and a few from Deano.  

I really don't think these mods should have any impact on Mass Mailer.

Short of replacing the notify.php and it's associated files, does anyone have any thoughts as to why this would be happening?  Or, is anyone else having this problem?

Preview message has NEVER worked for me.

in dolphin 7.0.6 seems to only work after you send the email out for some reason.
