 Does anyone know reasons why Mass Mailer would not send to all members. I had to uncheck the "send to subscribers" because of the repeat content in one email. When I uncheck the "subscribers" option, mass mailer does not send to all members. If I keep the "subscribers" option checked, mass mailer will send to all members. Wacky! |
I found out why mass mailer does not send out to all members. Some profiles (for some reason) go back to 00-00-000 on their birthdates. The mass mailer has a setting "from age 18 to (whatever you set it to). Since some of these profiles are showing "00-00-000", mass mailer is not sending emails to those particular members. |
