Mass Mailer problem

Does anyone know any possible reason why my mass email shows (3) different messages, footers and titles in EVERY email it sends to?  It's also showing three members in each email.

Here's what it's doing:

THE SUBJECT FIELD SHOW THREE>>>>

"Subject: Message from Party Noise Admin: Message from Party Noise Admin: Message from Party Noise Admin: Get On The Air!"

THE CONTENT SHOWS TO THREE MEMBERS, ALONG WITH THREE FOOTERS>>>>

Dear pnnvenue,

Administration of the Party Noise is glad to inform you that

Do a search. You'll find numerous posts on this topic. I also think it has been fixed and will be in the 7.01 patch

I did a search.  After a bunch of results stating to "DO A SEARCH", I found the solution by Alex T.   Here it is:

The problem with duplicate emails in a single email was fixed long time ago in first RC: http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/ticket/1577

Please make sure that you are using latest final version, or all upgrades were applied correctly.
