Mass Mailer

I tried to use Mass Mailer to send out a message and failed. It's said "1 emails was successufully added to queue" and Queue status: "ID:1 Subj: test 1 emails". Cupid mails stutus: "There are no emails in queue". However, the members never get the message.

We are using CPanel and I'm not familiar with it. Looked around the Mail options in CPanel and couldn't find queue related information. Can someone point out how to set it up.

got it. set cron jobs again and working well.

 Hi Delta, I'm just a noobie, how do you set cron jobs again?  I have the same problem with my Mass Mailer Module and I have no idea where to start.
