Simple one: I compose mass emails in HTML, the preview looks fine, and they all arrive in a plain-text format displaying the HTML markup..... I found a post that said to change a line of code in the inc/utils.inc.php file from "text" to "html". I tried that and nothing has changed. It's not my email client or my server (I have something called DADA mail installed and it sends great looking HTML emails...even complete web pages). Anyone have a clue, here?
