Mass mailer html

Hello,

I send letters with mass mailer, (the priview was nice)  but when they arrive, they display in text format not html (so no image, no link...).

I have checked in inc/utils.inc.php : $sEmailFlag = 'html',

Is there something do to ?

Nobody ? I would like to correct this before sending my next newsletter.

I can't reproduce the problem. Maybe there is some problem on the client, try with some free webmail clients, like Gmail.

I have the same problem.

I sent my first mass mail today (to myself for a test) and I just received in HTML without included pictures and links to my website (it's cutting off the url address before m/events/...)

As soon as I click on 'save' the URL is being cut off, so included pictures and links are not being sent correctly.

The problems is that local URLs are converted to relative ones by TinyMCE.

For now I would suggest to use URLs shorteners services for local URLs, for example: https://goo.gl

have you noticed that the same is happening when sending mail from mail system and option "Send copy to user personal email" is selected. Received mail is not OK in case inserting link for example  user  photo album or just inline inserted photo....

When writing mail and inserted link points to photo album e.g:
 

http://www.mysiteurl/m/photos/browse/album/my-photo album/

the recepient would receive link like this:

http://m/photos/browse/album/my-photo album/

The solution with URLs shorteners might be temporary ok  for Admins sending mass mail, but it is not OK for users sending each others email, using Boonex mail system

Can you confirm that this is not just on our installation of Dolphin 7.2.1 ?

How can we fix that problem?

Hi Mayki,

AlexT already answered that question and this issue has been reported to be solved.

I have disabled the possibility for users to send each other emails, so I can't reproduce this on my site.

Guess it's a tiny mice problem all over the script.

I've added this problem to the ticket as well.
