Mass mailer jammed

 How do I release the emails locked up in the queue? They should have been circulated weeks ago.

"Queue status:1074 mails in the queue"

Sorry, I know it's a stupid question but I'm still learning all this stuff.

Do you have the "cron job" setup in Cpanel? That's what sends out the mass mails.

Have you been getting an email from the site every night at midnight showing the database was cleaned up? If not then the cron job either isn't setup or not working correctly.

msscott - I did as you suggested but now I'm getting a Cron Daemon every minute, I've goit ver 50,000 of them in my inbox.

What do the emails say? You should only get an email:

1. When a video is processed

2. When the db is cleaned

3. When mass mail is sent out

4. When there is an error
