Mass mailer queue empty

Hi, I'm using Dolphin 7.0.9. and I wanted to send a newsletter to my site memebers for the first time. I followed the setup instructions from this link and also added a cron job sugested.

When I add a message to Mass mailer queue I get the message "0 emails were successfully added to queue".

What am I doing wrong?

That means no one matches the criteria you have checked when you add the selected message to the queue. Did you have a check beside "Send to subscribers" and "Send to memebers"? There should also be a check beside "Man" and "Women". Make sure "County" and "Membership Level" is set to "All". The last thing to check is the age range. If for some reason your members don't have dates of birth the nothing will be added to the queue.

Damn! Yell I have a custom country predefined list. How can I remove the original predefine country list from the mass mailer and insert my custom one?

I went back to the original predefined country list and I get the same error "0 emails were successfully added to queue" Frown

Oh, yes my memebers don't have ages in ther profiles as this is not relevat for the site type I'm using.

If your profiles don't have dates of birth that's your problem. There are few things that won't work in Dolphin without a date of birth.. and the mass mailer is one of them.
