Matching service on or off?

I just turned on the matching service in my site and I'm preparing my newsletter to send out to my members to announce the feature. However, since I'm not just a dating site and have other features, I want to be able to tell my members that they can turn this feature off. Is that possible in the privacy settings (or is their a mod that allows it)? Thanks for any info!

This is a great idea. And it seems like it should be in both the admin and user side. I hope to see this made possible.
