By default, it's essentially unlimited (not taking hardware limitations into the equation). You can change the permissions for video uploading, such as the max amount allowed to be uploaded, from administration, settings, membership levels. Click the permission level you'd like to edit and then click on the link for uploading videos. You'll be presented with more permission options for video uploading.
