Maximum size of picture

Hello, how can I set a maximum size of sending files to Photos modul? Normally anybody can send lots files eg. 5MB each.... ;(

I believe that when you set the file size upload limits, it is a global setting and not a "per module" setting. May be something to consider. But I could also be completely wrong. I have not checked the code to see if it actually has a place to override this setting on a per-module basis.
