Mayments and the Membership level

Hello to all.

on my website I have 4 levels of membership. One is free and the other 3 are Paid.

As a method of payment I using Paypal.

I need to set that when someone pays for a membership level receive automatically that level of membership.

Is embarrassing for me because now I do everything manually meaning If I receive a email from Paypal that someone has paid, I trying to find the user and give that level of membership for which he paid.

 The problem is that not all users use the same email on my website that he use it on paypal.

Any advice is welcome.
