Yes, you can organize this using dolphin. As example. make some private group with private forum, So communication will at forum. And that group will available only for paid memberships only. |

Install the Payment and Membership modules from administration, tools, modules.
Once done, navigate to administration, settings, membership levels, and create a new membership level that includes a fee.

After you create the membership level, you can edit it to include a fee. The current payment provider is Paypal, USD and Euro. If you'd like another currency supported, you'll have to search the forums, as I am unsure how to add another one in.
