Member forgot to set avatar- can admin do it?

I think I already know the answer, but I wish there was a way to do this.  Now I have to write this member and tell them to do it - stupid.

If you go into sql>Profile table you can input a value for the avatar.  I'm not sure what the default values are but I think this will help you.
