Members Module

I need help i have Dolphin 7 new instalation but i just cannot get the Membership module to work and i did instaal it before the paymodule and after it so both ways it just does not appear in the admin window Please can any one help me with this as this is the last thing to be done and if ti doe snot work i will have to delete it and look for something else to run my web site in.

after installation the membership module is not visible in admin section so you can stop looking for it.

I do have to setup the membership levels not so this si as to what i understand or where do i set this part up maybe i am just stupid LOL

it seems after i changed the backgrounf to place it center my bacjground is now moving with my page up and down and is not fixed how can i fix this
