Members block

Hi ,

Am not sure why my member block in the front page it's not accurate like thge demo one , i ve got avatar pictures not in balance !

Very odd. It displays differently between FF (out of alignment) and IE8 (in alignment). Try going into administration -> advanced settings -> Index page settings. Then change the number of members on the members block from 16 to 14.

Thanks for your reply , i followed your instruction it seems that was fixed in IE 8 but not in firefox !

I would like to sort it out ...

Revert back to 16 member on the members block. Now try increasing the column width slightly (the column with the members block) in the page builder for the home page. Try and get 8 members on each row. On my website I have column 1 set to 66%/662px and column 2 set to 34%/341px.

remember to clear the cache from the admin panel after making the change.

I ve tried but it doesn't work ! anyway i can't manage to get it accurate the same as yours --->66%/662px and column 2 set to 34%/341px.

It may be something else , because if you looked at my member block there's a lot white space in both sides !!!

Any more idea ?

Sneha that make it worst hehe , i want only to accurate them in a ligne that's all , it was working befor but now no ! it seems working fine in Internet explorer 8 but firefox now but that's strange because the dolphin demo working fine in both browser as mine befor !

It is because you have "عصام" as username, i dont know which language is this, if you remove this member from featured list then all would work fine. But I did not suggest it and instead suggested you to change css.

Boonex demo doesn't have this kind of lang or username that is why it works fine. try removing this user from featured list and let me know how the magic works.

I disactivate his membership or is there another way to not display him in the member block ?

You can go here www.maroc-click.com/administration/profiles.php

and can edit his status to suspended, or can ask him/you can change his username to something in english.
