Members profiles are 'Access Denied' how to view?

I'm having a problem. my members cannot view other profiles or add friends, including myself as the admin. I havent restricted any access, and I cant find anything in the administration that would help me with this problem. My site is http://www.doobieburnin.com and let me know if you guys need any more information, i know you will. Thank you in advance for helping us!

Im having the same problem trying to view a member's profile. I can view it with my admin account, but when I use a test account, I get the "access denied" message. What's causing this?

Just roll a big fat one and don't worry about it.

I am having the same problem and it is driving me nuts.

I have set privacy to friends only (big mistake but that's another story) and then set it back to

members only. But, now even test members cannot see any profile information, just an access denied message. I have tried clearing browser cache and

from the admin panel.

Any ideas?

Not sure if this will help or not (also not sure why/how this could have changed) but go into Admin Panel > Settings> Memberships Levels and check the permissions for Standard membership and verify that 'view profiles' is enabled. If you have promotional membership enabled or any other custom membership level, you might want to check them too.

* IF promotional membership is enabled, all new members will be set to 'Promotion' instead of Standard by default.
